Upgrade to lollipop on xperia z1

So I've been waiting for the release of lollipop here in the UK for 02 (Telefonica) and I've looked on XperiFirm and it shows that 14.5.A.0.242 / R3D and if I am correct that means lollipop is available for my handset which is C6903 Z1.

I have downloaded the file using XerpiFirm and unpacked it, I have then used FlashTool to create a bundle and all the necessary files to create the .ftf file, then I click on the lightening bolt and press flashmode, I pick the ftf and let it load, I wait until the popup comes up asking for me to press the volume down and connect the phone, at that point I get the following: -

I don't know if it is relevant but my phone is encrypted, will this be the reason?
