Can someone tell me how to do a full noogie backup on Nook Glowlight (no SD card)

I have a Nook Glowlight (white) that has no sd card slot. The backup instructions I've found on here all seem to use a removeable sd card.

Can someone point me to step by step instructions on how to do a complete noogie backup of all 9 partitions http://dl-1.va.us.xda-developers.com...&ts=1429887776 a Nook Glowlight? I'm going to try some partition modifications, but I want to be able to restore to the backup image if I dork it up.
