Help!!

I rooted my xperia(4.2.2) l through motochopper and then i made a TA backup and tried to unlock bootloader by the official process of sony which i ended up having bootloop. Then i flashed the the previous android version 4.1.2 . Now, !)Is it okay to restore the TA backup to relock the bootloader? 2) Is it okay to update my phone OTA? 3)How can I install twrp?
